On 29 May, researcher and correspondent Dr Anoma van der Veere and food historian Prof Katarzyna Cwiertka presented their book Sushi eet je met je handen. The authors discussed how the book was written and shared their knowledge of Japanese food culture, from sushi and matcha to regional traditions and contemporary change.
